1/2 Cup Besan
A pinch of Baking Soda
1 Boiled potato
1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 slice Paneer
to taste Salt
2 Bread Slice

Start with besan-add salt to taste, a pinch of baking soda, pour in some water and make sure the batter stays slightly thick.

For the stuffing in this bread pakora recipe, mash the boiled potato, add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, and pepper, then mix it all nicely.

Now, cut a thick slice of paneer and coat it evenly with the aloo filling you just made.
