Pizza is everyone's go-to snack, & there are a ton of versions out there. But how about a healthier twist? Try this jowar pizza recipe that brings all the flavour minus the guilt.

1 cup Jowar flour, 1.5 tbsp Oil, 1/2 cup Water, Salt, Cheese (for garnish), Your favorite veggies, Pizza sauce, Fresh basil, Chilli flakes, 1/4 cup Feta cheese

In a bowl, mix the jowar flour, a pinch of salt and oil. Add lukewarm water gradually, kneading until you get a smooth dough. Knead until it's nice and stretchy.

Place a frying pan off the heat, pop the dough in, and press it out from the centre to the edges, shaping it to fit. This gives it that pizza-like base we all crave.

Using a fork, prick little holes all over the base. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5-6 mins. Once the edges turn golden, lower the heat and flip the base.

Spread a layer of pizza sauce all over, then load it up with your choice of toppings-think colourful veggies, maybe some paneer, or even a sprinkle of chicken.

Sprinkle feta cheese on top, cover, & let the cheese melt into gooey goodness. If you're using an oven, bake it at 400°F until it's golden & bubbly.

Once it's done, finish with a sprinkle of chilli flakes and fresh basil. Serve it up hot and enjoy your healthy homemade pizza!
