Craving something spicy? Try making street-style Schezwan egg noodles at home! This quick and easy recipe will satisfy your taste buds in no time. Here's how to make it.

200g noodles, boiled
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, sliced
1 capsicum, sliced
1 carrot, chopped
2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp black pepper
Salt

In a pan, heat 1 tbsp. Now pour the beaten eggs and scramble them. Cook for a minute without adding salt or pepper and then set aside.

In the same pan, add another spoonful of oil. Now add onions, carrots, and capsicum and saute on high heat for 2 minutes.

Once the veggies are prepared, add sauces – Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to coat the veggies.

Add boiled noodles and scrambled eggs. Mix everything together until well combined. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
