100 gm Almonds

1 tbsp Ghee

ΒΌ cup Sugar

Bring water to a boil. Add the almonds to the hot water in order to blanch them.

Step 1

Once they cool down, peel off the almond skin. Grind to make a smooth paste.

Step 2

Heat ghee in a pan. Once it melts, add the almond paste.

Step 3

Mix the paste well with the ghee. Keep stirring continuously to avoid burning. Reduce the heat if required.

Step 4

Now, add sugar to the mixture.

Step 5

Keep cooking the mixture on slow heat till the color changes and sugar dissolves completely.

Step 6

Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot!
