Fenugreek seeds come from the same plant as kasoori methi. This gives them a similar flavour profile, which will effortlessly enhance your dish.

Curry powder contains a mix of several spices, including fenugreek seeds, making it an excellent substitute for kasoori methi.

To use spinach, simply grate it and then add it to your dish as a garnish. You can adjust the quantity as per your personal preference.
