Healthy skin depends much on your diet, sleep, and more. Hence, we give you some bedtime rituals to follow that go beyond your daily CTM (cleansing-toning-moisturising).

1. Have Proper Dinner

2. Drink Enough Water

You can make delicious strawberry jam as well using leftover mushy strawberries. Spread it over toasted bread and enjoy it for breakfast.

4. Avoid Midnight Bingeing
