Black salt offers a similar flavour profile as chaat masala and works well to add to raitas, salads, and snacks like bhel puri and aloo tikki.

Also known as amchoor powder, it works as a great alternative to chaat masala. You can substitute 1 tsp of chaat masala with 1 tsp of dry mango powder.

Curry powder replicates the flavour of chaat masala quite effortlessly. The addition of cumin and coriander seeds in it is what helps achieve this.

You can also use imli chutney in place of chaat masala. It offers a similar flavour but avoid adding too much or it can alter the texture of your dish.
