Turn your leftover sabzi into a tasty paratha. Simply mix some chopped onions into the sabzi, stuff it into dough, roll it out, and cook it on a hot tawa with a little ghee.

For a quick snack, spread some butter on a slice of bread, top it with leftover sabzi, and cover it with another slice. Grill it to perfection for a warm, hearty sandwich.

Mix the leftover aloo gobhi sabzi with boiled potatoes and some bread crumbs to absorb the moisture. Add a little spice, shape it into tikkis, & fry them to crispy golden perfection.
