Paneer is packed with protein and a must-have in so many dishes. But if you want your paneer to stay fresh you've got to store it right. Here are some tips to keep it fresh.

The easiest hack? Just pop your paneer in a container, fill it with water, and stash it in the fridge. This trick will keep it fresh for 2-3 days.

Mix a bit of salt in water, immerse your paneer block, and refrigerate. Just make sure to change the water every couple of days.

Cut the paneer into cubes, pop them in an airtight container, and freeze. This way, your paneer stays fresh for up to a month.
