5 Easy Ways To Cut Green Chillies

1. Finely Chopped

Grab 3-4 green chillies, press them down on your chopping board, and slice them as thin as you can. Use this to garnish your dish for that fresh, spicy touch.

2. Sliced Green Chillies

Slicing is super easy. Just line up 2-3 chillies, grab your knife, and slice away. They're perfect for tempering or tossing into dal or sabzi for an extra burst of flavour.

3. 3/4 Cut Green Chillies

These aren't fully chopped. Just make one single cut through the chilli, leaving it mostly whole. It infuses your food with flavour, & you can easily remove it once you're done cooking.

4. Minced Green Chillies

Take a chilli, slice it lengthwise, and then chop it into super tiny pieces. Mincing gives you a fine texture, perfect for stuffing.
