John loves Kaju Katli, but he has quit all sugary foods for a long time now. "Sugar is the biggest poison in the world," he once said.

Since soft drinks, cold drinks or energy drinks are also loaded with sugar, John has completely eliminated these from his diet.

"I don't drink alcohol. I have no problem with alcohol because my father loves a single malt. But I can't take the smell of alcohol," he told India Today.

John does not eat butter, cheese, or milk, and has been trying to cut down all dairy products from his diet over a period of time.

John has also stopped eating eggs for a very long time. "I am trying, and it is a moral decision because of animal cruelty," he shared.
