How To Make Herbal Tea

Place roots and herbs in water and let them boil for some time, allowing the essence to ooze. Else, use the infusion method by pouring boiling water over the herbs and allowing them to seep for a few minutes.

1. Ginger Tea

1 tsp Ginger Root, grated
11/2 tsp Honey
2 Cloves
1 inch-piece Cinnamon Bark
3 inch-strip Orange Peel

2. Lemon and Pepper Tea

1 Lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper
11/2 tsp Honey

3. Ashwagandha Tea

5-inch piece dried Ashwagandha root
1 tsp Honey
