1. Banana With Almond Butter

Slice a banana and spread almond butter on top. You can also use peanut butter. The sweet taste of bananas goes well with the creamy nut butter.

2. Trail Mix

Add almonds, walnuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, dried apricots, coconut flakes and dark chocolate chunks.

3. Roasted Makhana

Roast makhana or fox nut at home with a little ghee and some salt and pepper. This makes a healthy, crunchy and tasty snack.

4. Sprouts Chaat

Take raw or boiled sprouts and add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, coriander, lemon juice and chaat masala. Mix well and enjoy.
