1. Blend The Green Paste

Throw coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, and garlic into a grinder. Add a splash of water and blend until you get a smooth, vibrant green paste.

2. Turn Up The Flavour

Transfer the paste to a bowl, mix in curd and dry spices, and stir until it's all well combined. This is where the magic happens!

3. Marinate Like You Mean It

Add chicken chunks to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes so the flavours soak in properly.
