1. Add Oil

Always add some oil or ghee while kneading the dough. This will help keep the dough soft for a longer time, making it easier to store for later use.

2. Wrap in Aluminium Foil

To lock in moisture, wrap the dough in aluminium foil. Make sure the dough is well covered on all sides. Place it in a container for storage.

3. Airtight Container

Using an airtight container is a good way to keep the dough fresh. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen cloth before storing it.
