Making roti is not as easy as it seems, and we often end up kneading more dough than needed. Here are some tips to store the dough properly and keep it fresh.

Always add some oil or ghee while kneading the dough. This will help keep the dough soft for a longer time, making it easier to store for later use.

To lock in moisture, wrap the dough in aluminium foil. Make sure the dough is well covered on all sides. Place it in a container for storage.
