Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water. Carry a water bottle with you and take sips regularly. Remember, feeling thirsty means you're already a bit dehydrated.

2. Eat Hydrating Foods

Eat water-rich foods like watermelon, leafy greens, cucumbers, oranges, etc. These foods not only hydrate but also provide you with vital nutrients.

3. Avoid Sugary Drinks

Avoid drinking coffee and energy drinks as they increase fluid loss. Opt for drinks like coconut water or herbal teas as they contain low sugar.

4. Wear Light Clothes

Wear light fabrics like cotton or linen to stay cool and reduce sweating. Using fans, AC, and taking a cool shower can lower body temperature.

Plan your exercise routine for around early morning or late evening when temperatures are cooler. Even then, take regular hydration breaks and rest.
