Temperatures in Northern India are at an all-time high. With scorching heat beating down on us, staying hydrated is important. Here are 5 easy ways to avoid dehydration.

Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water. Carry a water bottle with you and take sips regularly. Remember, feeling thirsty means you're already a bit dehydrated.

Eat water-rich foods like watermelon, leafy greens, cucumbers, oranges, etc. These foods not only hydrate but also provide you with vital nutrients.

Avoid drinking coffee and energy drinks as they increase fluid loss. Opt for drinks like coconut water or herbal teas as they contain low sugar.
