Burnt milk can be frustrating, but do not throw it away just yet. With a few simple tricks, you can reduce the burnt taste and still use the milk in your recipes.

Pour the unburnt milk into another pan immediately, leaving the burnt part behind. This stops the burnt flavour from spreading further.
