1. Masala Idli

Transform leftover idlis by slicing them into smaller pieces. Saute them with mustard seeds, curry leaves, or onions, tomatoes, green chillies and spices.

2. Sabzi Sandwich

Utilise leftover sabzi to create a scrumptious sandwich filling. Simply sandwich the sabzi between slices of bread and toast or grill.

3. Dhokla Chaat

Give leftover dhoklas a delightful makeover. Cut them and toss them in spiced yoghurt. Finish with a drizzle of chutney and a sprinkle of chaat masala.

Combine leftover poha with spices and diced vegetables. Mix in mashed boiled potatoes, shape the mixture into cutlets, and fry until golden brown.
