Switch up your regular dosa with a pav bhaji twist. Spread the leftover bhaji on the dosa, sprinkle a little bhaji masala, and top with chopped onions.

Mix leftover pav bhaji with boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, onions, and a few spices. Shape the mixture into cutlets and cook them in a pan or air-fryer.
