Lauki paratha is a tasty and healthy breakfast choice, but getting it just right can be tricky. No worries, though - we've got some easy tricks to make sure your paratha turns out amazing every time.

Lauki has big seeds, so scoop those out. Use the thick side of your grater to get the perfect texture for the stuffing.

Lauki's packed with water, and too much moisture can ruin your parathas. Sprinkle a little salt on it, let it sit for 5 mins, & then squeeze out all the water.

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, ajwain, kasuri methi, and semolina for that crispy texture. Use the water from the lauki to knead the dough-it makes the paratha healthier.

Toss in chopped onions, green chillies, red chilli, salt, and fresh coriander to your grated lauki.

If your stuffing is still a little watery, rolling the parathas will be a pain. Mix in some roasted gram flour to soak up the extra moisture.

Roll your paratha out gently, then cook it on a hot tawa with a little ghee. Flip it when it's golden and crispy on both sides. Perfect!
