Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add salt, cornflour, black pepper, egg, soy sauce, and red chilli sauce. Give it a good mix and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.

Once marinated, deep fry the chicken in hot oil until it's golden and crispy. This is where your chicken gets that irresistible crunch.
