Ingredients of Honey Chilli Chicken

  • 350 gms Boneless Chicken (diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Cornflour
  • 1/2 Cup Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Sliced Onion
  • 2 tsp Green Chillies Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup

How to Make Honey Chilli Chicken

To make this dish, firstly coat chicken pieces with maida and spices and dip them in a cornflour slurry to fry.

Now, in a pan add ginger garlic paste, onions and capsicum.

To this add, soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and honey.

Mix again. Now throw in the fried chicken pieces and combine with sauce.
5.
Let it cook for five minutes on low to medium flame. Once done serve and enjoy!
