Peppermint has menthol that helps relieve gas, indigestion and nausea. It enables stomach acid to flow better. Try peppermint tea or peppermint chewing gum.

Apple cider vinegar has healthy probiotics that restore the gut mechanism. Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink up.
