1 cup Atta
1 cup Maida 
3 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Water

1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Ajwain
2 tbsp Kalonji 

Ajwain Kalonji Nimki

A crisp snack bursting with flavours of onion seeds or kalonji, this nimki recipe makes for a perfect snack along with a hot cup of tea. 

Step 1

Take atta in a bowl, mix maida, baking powder, salt, ajwain and kalonji to it. 

Step 2

Mix it thoroughly and then add ghee to it. Stir well. 

Step 3

Sprinkle water on the mixture and knead it into  dough. 

Step 4

Now, roll and flatten the dough like a chapatti.

Step 5

Cut the flattened dough into equal small pieces.

Step 6

Now deep fry them in hot oil.

Step 7

 Serve them any time with green chutney.
