How To Make Amla Chutney At Home

Ingredients

1 cup boiled amla, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp saunf, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp brahmi leaves, salt to taste.

Step 1

Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and add fennel seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds until aromatic.

Add the boiled amla pieces to the pan and toss them well to coat with the oil and fennel seeds.

Step 3

Sprinkle in the red chilli powder and coriander powder, then add ghee. Cook for a minute, then add brahmi leaves and salt.

Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, transfer it to a blender.

Blend until well combined, ensuring it doesn't become too thin. Serve with your favourite dishes and enjoy!
