Paneer pakoda is one of the most beloved tea-time snacks. Now, enjoy this Amritsari version that's even more flavourful! Follow these steps to make it at home.

In a bowl, combine besan, rice flour, refined flour, hing, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, lemon juice, and salt.

Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter, ensuring there are no lumps. Set it aside.

Cut the paneer into cubes and sprinkle salt over them. Then, dip them into the prepared besan batter.
Heat oil in a kadhai over low-medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and fry until they become crispy and golden.
Sprinkle dried mango powder over them and serve hot with pudina chutney!
