Ingredients of Amritsari Paneer Pakoda

  • 2 Tbsp Gram flour
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp Refined flour
  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • Water
  • 500 gram Paneer
  • 1 tsp Dried Mango Powder

How to Make Amritsari Paneer Pakoda

Take gram flour in a large bowl, and add rice flour, refined flour, asafoetida, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, water to it. Mix it and keep it aside.
Now, take paneer; add salt over it and mix it. Dip the paneer pieces in batter and deep fry them.
Let it fry over a high flame and take it out on a plate, once it turns golden brown.
The pakoda is ready! Garnish it with some dried mango powder .
