SUKHE KALE CHANE
RECIPE

Ingredients

1 cup Kala Chana

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

ΒΌ tsp Hing

Ingredients

1 tsp Amchoor Powder

Salt as per taste

1 tbsp Ghee

1 tsp Chaat Masala

Soak kala chana overnight.

Step 1

Add the soaked chana to a pressure cooker. Cover with water and a pinch of salt. Pressure cook the chana till 2-3 whistles.

Step 2

In a pan, heat ghee. Add hing and cumin seeds and let them sputter.

Step 3

Now, add amchoor powder, chaat masala, coriander powder and red chilli powder.

Step 4

Add the boiled chana to this masala and adjust salt to taste. Mix everything well.

Step 5

Your Sukhe Kale Chane are ready! Serve hot with Puri and Halwa for Ashtami.
