Craving a healthy noodles option? Try making this atta noodles recipe at home! Packed with taste and nutritious items, this dish is great for a quick snack. Here's how to make it.

1 cup wheat atta
Water as needed
Salt
1 tbsp oil
1 cup veggies (carrot and capsicum)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar

Mix the atta with a pinch of salt and water to form a dough. Let it rest for 15 mins, then roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into thin strips.

In a pan, boil water with salt in it. Add cut noodles and boil them for 5-6 minutes until soft. Drain the water and set the noodles aside for later use.

In a pan, heat some oil and saute ginger-garlic paste. Then add chopped veggies and stir fry them on high heat for a few minutes to keep them crunchy.

Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and salt to the pan. Then add the cooked noodles and stir-fry to coat the noodles with flavour.
