1 Onion
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
½ cup Curd
250 gm Mutton
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Cardamom Seeds
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Cumin Powder
3 Cloves
Salt as per taste
In a pan, heat mustard oil. Add cloves, cardamom seeds and cinnamon stick. Sauté for a minute.
Add onion and fry till brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Add mutton pieces. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add salt, cumin powder and curd.
Cover and cook till the meat is tender. Serve hot.
