Beat Summer Blues with
Masala Chaas

Masala chaas is a perfect summer drink to energise the body, hydrate it and beat the heat.

Basic Ingredients 

1 cup Curd 
1/2 cup Water 
1 tbsp Coriander, chopped
2 tsp Chilli, chopped

1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Black Salt 
A pinch of Chaat Masala

How To Make Masala Chaas 

1. Take curd in a big bowl, chop coriander and chilli. Add them to curd along with salt and black salt. 

2. Mix it thoroughly and add water to it.

3. Blend the mixture to attain the perfect chaas consistency and pour it in a glass.

4. Add a pinch of chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves. 

5. Your Masala Chaas is ready to be served!
