Ingredients:

10-12 puris of pani puri
1 potato
1 cup matar/dried green peas
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tsp green chilli, finely chopped
1-2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
Salt, to taste
Oil
Imli chutney, as per taste
Green chutney, as per taste
Sev, to garnish

Soak Matar

Soak matar overnight. Boil aloo and matar together.

Saute Onion And Tomato

Heat oil and fry some onion, tomato, and green chilli with salt.

Mix Matar

Transfer to a blender and add some boiled matar to it. Prepare a gravy. Transfer it to a pan, and cook along with the rest of the matar, aloo and salt.

Mash And Spice It Up

Coarsely mash everything with a masher. Then take the masala in a bowl and mix with chaat masala, jeera powder, and chutney.
