If you're looking for a high-protein meal that actually tastes amazing, this boiled egg keema is worth a try. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

4 hard-boiled eggs, 1 onion, chopped, 1 tomato, chopped, 2 green chillies, chopped, 1-2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste, 1 cinnamon stick, 3-4 cardamom pods, 2-3 cloves

Ingredients:

1 bay leaf, 1 whole dry red chilli, Salt and sugar, to taste, 2-3 teaspoons pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1-2 tbsp oil

Step-1

Shred or finely chop the boiled eggs and set them aside.

Heat oil in a pan, then toss in the cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, and dry red chilli. Let them sizzle and crackle.

Add the chopped onion and fry for a minute. Throw in the green chillies and ginger-garlic paste, and keep frying until the onions turn golden.

Now, add the tomato, along with salt, sugar, turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix everything well and cook on medium heat.

Let the masala cook until it releases oil and turns a deep reddish colour.

Finally, add the shredded/chopped eggs and mix well. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let it cook for a minute or two.

Your boiled egg keema is ready! Garnish with fresh coriander, a lemon wedge, and a dollop of butter. Serve hot with butter-toasted pav.
