Breakfast Special Masala Egg Paratha Roll

Love egg? Then don't skip on making this delicious masala egg paratha roll! Made with staple ingredients, it is perfect to kickstart the morning. Here's how to make it.

Ingredients:

2 cups wheat flour
Water 
½ tsp Salt 
4 tsp oil
2 eggs
1 onion (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)

Ingredients:

½ tsp red chilli powder
Salt
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
½ onion (sliced)
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp ketchup

1. Prepare Dough

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, salt, and water to make a dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes and then divide into equal balls.

2. Cook Parathas

Roll out each dough into a thin circle. Cook on a hot tawa with a dash of oil. Make sure to make both sides golden brown and crispy.

3. Prepare Egg Mixture

Crack eggs and add chopped onions, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, and coriander. Beat, pour over hot tawa and place the paratha over it.

4. Assemble And Serve

Cook the paratha properly. Spread some green chutney and tomato ketchup. Place some sliced onions on top and roll it. Serve hot!
