Ingredients:

3-4 baby corn, Half cup beans,1 small carrot, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp refined oil, 2 tbsp coriander, mint, and green chilli paste

1 tsp broth powder, 2 eggs, Half tsp sugar, 1 bowl of cooked rice, Salt and black pepper, to taste, Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

Step-1

Chop the carrots, beans, and baby corn. Keep one bowl of cooked rice ready.

Fry the eggs separately. In a pan, heat refined oil, add chopped garlic and saute with the veggies.
