Weekend is the time when we enjoy our favourite meals. Noodles have never failed to impress us, and this butter garlic pan-fried noodles recipe appeals to all age groups.

1 Cup parboiled egg noodles
1-2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp spring onion, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil

After boiling the noodles, rinse them with cold water and lightly coat them with cornstarch or sesame oil before frying. This will prevent sticking.

When preparing the dish, you can add chopped chicken, shrimp, or vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, or spinach to make it more flavourful.

Heat water in a pan and add noodles—follow the instructions written on the packet carefully.

Heat a wok, add butter and oil, then sauté the garlic until fragrant.
