You can make it in just 15 minutes! Here's a quick and easy recipe for Chocolate Barfi.

1 tablespoon ghee, cocoa powder, 1 cup sugar, 700 grams khoya, dry fruits for garnishing

Heat the ghee in a pan. Toss in the khoya and sugar, stirring it together until it's smooth. Once it's well cooked, split the khoya mixture into two equal parts.

Take one half and spread it in a cake tin lined with butter paper. Let it set for a bit-this is going to be the base!

Now, grab that second half and mix in some cocoa powder. Cook it for about two minutes while stirring.

Once it's combined, pour this chocolatey goodness over the set khoya layer and smooth it out.

Garnish your creation with dry fruits and let it set. After about an hour, cut it into squares, serve it and enjoy!
