Cloves are a rich source of essential nutrients. Make a soothing clove tea at home to help regulate your blood sugar levels. Here's a simple recipe to get you started.

7-8 cloves, 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp tea powder, honey (optional)

Add cloves to a mortar and pestle and grind them coarsely.

Add this powder to a pan of water and boil for around 8 to 10 minutes.
