Craving a crunchy yet healthy snack? Then make crispy corn in your air fryer! With minimal oil and maximum taste, you can enjoy this quick recipe for your crunchy favourite snack.

1 cup corn kernels
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp rice flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp oil

Boil the corn kernels for 3-4 mins until soft. Drain them well and pat dry completely to remove moisture. This will make them crispy after air frying.

In a bowl, mix cornflour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, and oil. Add corn kernels to this mixture. Mix and make sure they are evenly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. In a single layer, place the coated corn in the air fryer basket. Air fry for around 10-12 mins, shaking the basket halfway.

Once the corn is crispy and golden, remove from the air fryer. Sprinkle some chaat masala and mix. Serve hot!
