EGG MANCHURIAN
SNACK RECIPE

Ingredients

2 Eggs, boiled

 ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Salt as per taste

2 tbsp Corn Flour

¼ cup Capsicum

¼ cup Onion

Ingredients

1 tsp Soya Sauce

1 tsp Chilli Sauce

½ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tsp Spring Onion

1 Green Chilli

1 tsp Vinegar

Make the Manchurian paste with corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and water.

Step 1

Cut the boiled eggs into half and coat them with the Manchurian paste. Deep fry the eggs till golden brown, and keep aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli and capsicum.

Step 3

Add salt, black pepper powder and let it cook on medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar to the pan. Give it a good mix.

Step 5

Now, add in the fried eggs. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice!
