PAKODA RECIPE

Ingredients

½ cup Moong Dal, soaked

2 Green Chillies

2 tbsp Onion

1 tsp Garlic

1 tsp Ginger

Salt as per taste

Add moong dal and green chillies in a grinder jar.

Step 1

Next, add ginger and garlic. Grind all the ingredients together to make a smooth batter.

Step 2

Now add salt and onion to the batter. Mix well.

Step 3

Take small portions of the batter and drop it into hot oil. Be careful not to burn yourself in this process.

Step 4

Deep fry the pakodas till they turn golden brown.

Step 5

Serve the moong dal pakodas with any chutney of your choice.
