Looking for a healthy and flavourful dosa recipe? Try this curry leaves dosa! Packed with nutrients and a fresh, herby taste, it is perfect for busy days. Here is how to make it:

½ cup curry leaves
½ cup coriander leaves
2 green chillies
Salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
Water
2 cups dosa batter

Wash the curry leaves thoroughly. Blend them with coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin, salt, and ½ cup water until smooth.

Add the green paste to the dosa batter and mix well. Ensure the batter turns evenly green with no lumps or patches.

Heat a tawa and grease it lightly with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion. Cook on a medium flame until crisp and golden.

Once cooked, remove the dosa from the pan. Serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney for a wholesome meal.
