Looking for ways to add more curry leaves to your diet? Then this chutney recipe is perfect for you. It is zesty and adds a delicious twist to your meals. Here's how to make it.

1 cup curry leaves
½ cup grated coconut
2-3 green chillies
1 small piece Imli
2 tbsp roasted chana dal
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds

In a pan, heat some oil and saute curry leaves, green chillies, and garlic until aromatic. This process will enhance the flavour of the chutney.

Add the prepared ingredients in a blender, grated coconut, imli, roasted chana dal, and salt. Add a little water and pulse until smooth.

Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter add this to the chutney for extra taste.

Refrigerate the chutney for 30 minutes or serve fresh. Pair this condiment with your main dishes or dosa and idli.
