8 Curry Leaves 

½ tsp Dry Mint Leaves 

2 tbsp Tomato Paste 

1 Tomato 

1 Onion 

500 gm Boneless Chicken 


½ tsp Saunf 

½ tsp Kalonji 

½ tsp Cumin Powder 

½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder 


Salt as per taste 

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 

2 Green Chillies 

½ tsp Black Pepper, crushed 

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and saute curry leaves in it. Let it cool and crush. 

Step 2

Add kalonji, saunf, onion, tomato, green chilli and ginger-garlic paste. 

Step 3

Add chicken to the mix and cook for some time. 

Step 4

Add tomato paste, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder. 

Step 5

Mix everything together. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes. 

Step 6

Add curry leaves, dry mint leaves and serve hot.
