Do you love dosa as much as we do? Then this dosa premix recipe is perfect for you! Whip up crispy dosas anytime and pair them with sambar and chutney. Here's how to make it:

To make dosa premix, you need 2 cups rice, ½ cup urad dal, 1/2 tbsp chana dal, ¼ cup poha, ½ tsp fenugreek powder, salt to taste, ¼ tsp baking soda.

On a tawa over medium heat, dry roast rice, urad dal and chana dal till crisp. Make sure to keep stirring to avoid burning. Once cool, grind into a powder.

Dry roast poha on low heat for about 4-5 minutes. Let it cool down and then grind it into a fine powder. This will add lightness to the dosa.

In a bowl, mix the powders made with dry ingredients with salt and fenugreek powder. This will give the dosa a tasty flavour and crisp texture.

Transfer the dosa premix to an airtight container. Keep it in a cool, dry place. Use this within 2-3 months for instant dosa-full happiness.

Mix 1 cup premix with 1 to 1.25 cups of water to make a batter. Add baking soda and let it rest for 15 minutes. Cook it on a hot tawa and enjoy!
