Green Chilli Paste

2 tbsp Ginger, Garlic

2 tbsp Cream

½ cup Brown Onion Paste

3 tbsp Curd

200 gm Paneer


1 tsp Cumin Powder 

¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder 

¼ tsp Garam Masala 

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves


1 tsp Coriander Powder

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

4 Cloves

4 Cardamom Seeds 

1 Cinnamon Stick

Salt as per taste

Step 1

Heat oil and add cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamom seeds. Now add onion paste and cook well. 

Step 2

Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Sauté. Add curd and mix well. 

Step 3

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder and salt. 

Step 4

Add paneer cubes and sauté for a minute. Then add cream and water. Mix well. 

Step 5

Seal the pan with a foil and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. 

Step 6

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
