Tandoori egg, also known as tandoori egg tikka, is a delicious snack where boiled eggs are coated in a spiced marinade and grilled. Served with mint chutney, this quick and easy dish is perfect anytime!

4 boiled eggs
4 tbsp curd (yoghurt)
1 tsp tandoori masala
Red chilli powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp mustard oil
½ tsp chaat masala
Coriander leaves, for garnishing

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to make the marinade, except the eggs, oil, coriander leaves, and chaat masala.

Coat the boiled eggs evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Arrange the coated eggs on a pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.

Grill the eggs in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle chaat masala on top and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with biryani or pulao.
