1 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Fried Onion
1 Tomato
1 Onion
? cup Rice, boiled
200 gm Chicken Keema
Salt as per taste
? tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Cinnamon Stick
? tsp Black Peppercorn
2 Bay Leaves
2 Green Chillies
? tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
? tsp Garam Masala
2 Cardamom
? tsp Cloves
1 Star Anise
Heat oil in a pan. Add all whole spices and chopped onion. Fry this for 2-3 minutes.
Add ginger-garlic paste and the chicken keema. Cook until the chicken changes colour.
Add tomato, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and green chillies. Cook till the tomato is soft.
Add the boiled rice on top of the keema. Add some ghee, fried onion and garam masala.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Serve hot!
