Craving something cheesy and spicy? Try making chilli cheese garlic paratha at home with this simple recipe that's packed with flavour and fun!
2 cups atta, 1 cup grated cheese, 2 green chillies, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, salt, ghee, and water.
Combine atta and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest.

In a separate bowl, mix grated cheese, chopped green chillies, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and spices.
Flatten a dough ball, dust with dry wheat flour and roll out into a small disc.

Place a spoonful of the cheese filling in the centre of the dough disc. Fold the edges over the filling, enclosing it completely.
Heat a pan with a little ghee over medium heat. Place the stuffed paratha on the pan and cook until both sides are golden crispy.
