Mango lassi is loved for its refreshing taste, making it a summer favourite. Learn how to make this classic at home in just minutes with this easy recipe.

1 cup ripe mango pulp, 1/2 cup yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 tbsp sugar or honey, a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder, ice cubes.

Start by adding mango pulp, yoghurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to a blender.

Blend everything until smooth and creamy. You may add more milk if needed.
Add ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
Pour into a glass, garnish with chopped pistachios or saffron (kesar) and enjoy!
